1. Start the machine; put the straw into the feeding box.

4. After the pre-compression cylinder compresses the material initially, push the straw material into the main pressure chamber for compression. The main pressure cylinder and the clamping cylinder are used for compression and push; the straw material is compressed and formed in the cavity, and is heated and pressured at the same time. The clamping cylinder releases the force, the main pressure cylinder continues to push, and pushes out the forming rod.
5. The main pressure cylinder and pre-pressure cylinder are reset, the stirring turntable rotates to feed the material, and the next Baling Machine action is repeated.
