Proper use of machinery and equipment,diligent maintenance,and strict adherence to safety procedures are essential for extending the lifespan of the machine,improving production efficiency,and ensuring safe operation.To this end,it is recommended that users establish maintenance and safety procedures.Operators should be familiar with the machine’s structure and operating procedures,and must also pay attention to the following points:The hydraulic oil added to the tank must be a strictly used anti-wear hydraulic oil,which must be filtered rigorously,and the oil level should be maintained adequately,with immediate refilling when insufficient.The oil tank should be cleaned and the oil replaced every six months.Used new oil can be filtered and reused once more.All lubricated parts of the machine should be lubricated at least once per shift as required.
Debris inside the hopper should be promptly cleaned.Unauthorized operation of the machine by individuals who have not been trained or do not understand its structure,performance,and operating procedures is prohibited.If the machine experiences severe oil leakage or abnormal phenomena during operation,it must be stopped immediately to analyze the cause and troubleshoot,and it should not be operated while faulty.Repairs or contact with moving parts during machine operation are strictly forbidden,and it is strictly prohibited to press materials inside the hopper with hands or feet.Adjustments to pumps,valves,and pressure gauges must be performed by experienced technicians.If a fault is detected in the pressure gauge,it should be inspected or replaced immediately.Users should develop detailed maintenance and safety procedures based on specific circumstances.When using a vertical hydraulic baler,ensure the machine is stable and clean,operate strictly according to procedures,prioritize safety,and perform regular maintenance.
