The Methods To Be Noted When Disassembling The Hydraulic Pump Of A Straw Baler

Before starting the baling process, check whether all doors of the straw baler are properly closed, whether the lock core is in place, the knife shears are engaged, and the safety chain is fastened to the handle.Do not start baling if any part is not secured to avoid accidents. When the machine is operating, stand beside it without extending your head, hands,or other body parts into the door to prevent injury. After completing the above checks, begin baling by placing a piece of cardboard, woven bag,or film bag at the bottom of the baling chamber for convenience in threading wires after baling. Then, load the waste materials evenly into the chamber, ensuring they do not exceed its edges; exceeding the edges can easily bend or deform the door, causing severe damage to the main hydraulic cylinder.Press the ON switch to start the motor and oil pump.Move the manual valve to the lower position, allowing the press plate to automatically descend until it stops moving, and the sound of the motor changes compared to when it was descending. If you need to pause during pressing, move the manual valve to the middle position, pausing the press plate while the motor continues running. When the manual valve is moved to the upper position, the press plate will rise continuously until it hits the upper limit switch and automatically stops. To stop the machine, press the OFF button on the control switch and place the manual valve in the middle position.During the baling process, when the material in the baling chamber exceeds the lower limit position of the press plate and the pressure reaches 150 kg/cm²,the relief valve activates to maintain a pressure of 150 kg.The motor will make a sound indicating sufficient pressure, and the press plate will hold its position without further descent. If the material does not reach the required baling height, move the manual valve to the upper position to add more material, repeating this operation until the baling requirements are met.To remove the bale, move the manual valve to the middle position and press the OFF button to pause the press plate before opening the door to thread the wire through.Door opening sequence:When opening the straw baler, stand in front of the machine and open the upper front door first, then the lower front door. When opening the lower door, stand at a 45° angle in front of the machine and keep a safe distance from it due to the strong rebound force of the shear clips.Ensure no one else is around before opening.Use the same method to open the back door as the front door. After opening the door,do not raise the upper press plate immediately.Instead, thread the wire through the slot in the bottom plate, then through the slot in the upper press plate, and tie both ends together.Typically, tying 3-4 wires per bale ensures it is securely bound.

When threading the wire, first pass it through the pit below the front of the straw baler, then through the pit below the press plate, wrapping around once to tie a knot; threading wire on the sides follows the same method as in front.Once the wire is secured, raise the press plate and flip it out above the bale to complete the entire process. When disassembling the hydraulic pump of a straw baler, ensure to drain the hydraulic oil, label connecting components, and avoid contamination.
