3. Forming: As the pressing plate continues to advance, the material is gradually compressed into blocks or strips, with the density increasing and the volume decreasing.
4. Pressure maintaining: When the material is compressed to a preset level, the system will maintain a certain pressure to keep the material block in a stable shape and prevent rebound.
5. Unpacking: Subsequently, the pressing plate retracts and the binding device (such as wire binding machine or plastic strapping machine) starts to bundle the compressed material blocks. Finally, the packaging device pushes the packed material blocks out of the box to complete a work cycle.
