Feeding and Compression:Close the compression chamber door and open the feeding door to add materials through the feeding door.Once full,close the feeding door and perform automatic compression via the PLC electrical system.Baling and Tying:After compression reduces volume,continue adding materials and repeat until full.Once compression is complete,open both the compression chamber door and the feeding door to strap and tie the compressed plastic bottles.Pushing Out the Package:Execute the push-out operation to complete discharging.Horizontal Plastic Bottle baling Machine Checking and Feeding:After checking for any anomalies,start the equipment and feed directly or via a conveyor.Compression Operation:Once the material enters the compression chamber,press the compression button after it’s in place.The machine will automatically retract and stop once compression is complete.Bundling and Baling:Repeat the feeding and compression process until the desired baling length is reached.Press the bundling button,then press the baling button at the bundling position for automatic baling and cutting,completing one package.When using plastic baling machines,pay special attention to the following points:Power Safety:Confirm the power supply of the machine and avoid plugging into the wrong power source.This machine uses a three-phase four-wire system,where the striped wire is a grounded neutral wire serving as a leakage protection.Operational Safety:Do not pass your head or hands through the strap path during operation,and do not insert or unplug power plugs with wet hands to prevent electric shock.Maintenance:Lubricate key components regularly,and unplug the power when not in use to avoid fires caused by insulation degradation.Heating Plate Safety:Do not place flammable items around the machine when the heating plate is at high temperature.
