NKC180 Scrap Cutting Baling Press Machine used for cutting all kinds of large sized natural rubber or synthetic rubber products,such as large plastic tubes,bale film,rubber lump,sheet materials and etc. this machine used two cylinder to cut ,and keep it balance,mainly consists of rubber knife,frame, cylinder, base, auxiliary table, hydraulic system, and electric system.
Its with Nick Baler brand company design and special development on this point for protecting the edge of the rubber knife. When cutting the raw rubber, put the raw rubber under the rubber knife, then press the start button, the knife can cut the rubber into small pieces. Two limit switches are installed on the frame to control the reversal valve to change the movement direction of the rubber knife, at the same time it protects the cover of the cylinder.
